I've just signed up for London Personal Trainer Dax Moy's ED MAP 2012 Challenge and I'll be keeping a day by day, blow by blow account of the whole thing!
Got my blog set up My Day1 pictures are posted for the showing :( Um, I've been here before more than once and truly this has got to change for good.

Thought I would also post my "peeling back the onion" notes as well so I can remind myself about WHY - but the pictures should be enough :)
I want to lose 20 lbs during MAP 2012
WHY? Because I want to look and feel better
WHY? Because if I feel better I will be healthier and happier
WHY? Because I will start to accomplish more in my life and do more with my husband
WHY? Because I will have more energy, more positive thoughts, a spirit to accomplish things in my life (at day 30, I’m going to peel down into this thought :)
WHY? I have this one life and this one opportunity (life) to do and be my best. I want to live without regrets including the way I look and feel.
