Thought for the day: My commitment mandates that I remain on course toward my goal every day and simply follow directions even when I don't want to.
Having made this commitment I am faced with a requirement... not an option to stay the course. I cannot surrender to doing less than what is prescribed. Following directions is the key. I cannot succumb to the voice in my head that tends to take the easy way out all the time.
8:00am Meltdown
8:30am - walk Magic
9:00am - Texas Coast Karate
11:00am - PT at Metamorphocise
B: 1/2 apple and broccoli - cauliflower bake square
L: 3 chicken tenders, brown rice, curry veggies (leftovers)
D: Tom Yum Soup, 4 pieces of fresh salmon sushi with brown rice, seaweed salad (Cafe Japon)
Darn! meant to take a picture of dinner. The soup was devine. mixed seafood in a spicy lemon-grass consomme'. It was goooooooooood.
